These seven LGBTQ outdoor groups run outdoor adventure trips for queer people.

Trips range in length from day hikes to multi day backcountry trips. Welcome to Out in the Backcountry: Gay Mountain Sledders! This group is for LGBT guys (and allies) who are passionate about backcountry snowmobiling—or are curious to get started. Similar to our ongoing features highlighting prominent Black, Indigenous, and people of color in the outdoor world, as well as BIPOC outdoor organizations and groups to support, we have crowdsourced the following list of LGBTQ+ nonprofits, collectives, and groups.
